But this isn’t just a business. It’s my lived story—my 7-year journey of reclaiming my health, my womb, and my deep purpose as a woman, healer, and mother.

From Infertility to Empowerment: A 7-Year Healing Journey:

There was a time I felt completely disconnected from my body. After two years of trying to conceive with no answers, I was told I had "unexplained infertility" by my OBGYN. But something in me refused to accept that as the end of the story.

At the time, we were unknowingly living in a house filled with toxic mold. I was bloated, anxious, emotionally unstable, and gaining weight no matter what I did. I didn’t yet understand the profound relationship between my environment, my hormones, and my fertility.

That’s when everything changed.

While studying at the Florida School of Holistic Living, I was introduced to a different way of seeing the body—through the lens of plant energetics, hormone balance, and nourishment. My time in herb school was transformational, especially during an immersive residency where I lived on sacred mountain land with my spirit mama and teacher, Andrea. Those weeks were a rite of passage—filled with plant walks, deep emotional processing, and communion with the natural world that sparked a remembering inside me.

I dove into functional medicine and took the DUTCH hormone panel. The results were clear: my hormones were wildly out of balance. I began building protocols for myself, using herbs and food and rest. But nothing truly shifted—until we left the moldy house and moved to our dream property: a small farm surrounded by oaks and open sky.

We didn’t buy this land just for a fresh start. We bought it because we craved space to heal, to grow our own food, to raise animals, and to live in tune with the Earth. It was a decision rooted in soul.

And slowly, everything began to change.

My body odor lessened (a strange but powerful sign). My moods stabilized. I began to lose weight. I created a toxic mold detox for myself, followed by a new hormone-balancing protocol that worked in harmony with my nervous system, my gut, and my spirit.

Still, the journey was long. Over the next 4 years, I kept doing the work—grieving, learning, surrendering. I often felt crushed by the weight of time, wondering if I’d ever become a mother. But deep down, I had a quiet knowing: I was meant to go through this, so I could help other women do the same.

I made a promise to myself—if I hadn’t conceived naturally by the time I turned 40, I’d explore IVF. That gave me just over a year. So I poured myself into research once again and discovered a 4-month protocol that I committed to fully—along with my husband.

Three weeks in, I conceived.

I turned 40 on May 20th. And on June 4th, I gave birth to our miracle daughter—our living proof of nature’s timing, devotion, and the healing power of the plants.
