Hi, I'm Gigi, a woman’s herbalist & wholistic coach.

I specialize in supporting women in finding hormonal balance and optimal health, along with bodily autonomy so that they are able to navigate their healing journey with true informed consent.

I do this by diving deep into their health history, recommending herbal protocols, holding space so they can work on old stories and beliefs, offering dietary changes, and most importantly supporting them in educating themselves on their unique body and cyclical patterns.

So often we are confused and overwhelmed by all the information out there, and we feel alone in our health journey. However, it doesn’t have to be this way. With some guidance and education you can take your power back and find real healing and true informed consent within the medical industry.
