About The Formula

The Adapt Elixir is a blend of adaptogens like ashwagandha and tulsi designed to support our HPA-Axis or stress response. Adaptogens work by helping us “adapt” in

times of stress by keeping cortisol levels low. They support us in building up a resilience to stress. In today’s world, where daily stress is unavoidable, this blend is incredibly supportive. By lowering our stress levels, we are able to show up as our best selves.

Dosage: 1-2 full droppers in the morning or as needed

Ashwagandha; Withania somnifera Ashwagandha truly seems to be the herb that supports our modern way of

living. It has the ability to invigorate those that are fatigued, while easing the impact of stress and anxiety, and also aiding in sleep issues. It is known for its tonic, strengthening, and relaxing properties By reducing overactivity and encouraging rest, ashwagandha is useful in fighting the effects of long-term stress.

Tulsi; Holy Basil

Tulsi has long been considered to be a tonic, invigorating herb, useful for improving vitality. It is thought to have an affinity for the heart, protecting it from stress

and lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels. It has a reputation for reducing stress and helping the body adapt to new demands and stressors. Tulsi also has an ability to support stable blood-sugar levels, along with the respiratory system.

How to Use

This formula is recommended to be taken daily.

The Story Behind The Formula

I created this formula because supporting our HPA- Axis (stress response) is one of the most effective things we can do for our health. In today’s world, daily stress is

practically unavoidable. For me, between healing from toxic mold, being on a fertility journey, living on a homestead, and running a small business daily support of stress is a must! So I formulated a blend of adaptogens that wouldn’t just support us but would help us build up a resilience to stress all while nourishing our nervous system.
